We are seeking a Full Time Head of Kitchen Operations to join our team in Pyrmont Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for creative foodies working within a close-knit team that will allow you to develop your skills and build your knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general kitchen duties and cleaning
  • Food preparation assistance (We'd love it if you brought knife skills)
  • Stock rotation, stock control and goods receiving
  • Operating a commercial dishwasher to a high standard
  • Clear understanding of food safety and WHS

As the leader of the kitchen team, you'll be responsible for leading by example and demonstrating exceptional personal presentation. You'll be the face of the team to our customers and will require excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working in a busy and faced paced kitchen role
  • Highly regarded if you have previous knife skills
  • Great team player
  • Full Australian working rights
