About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Clicks IT Recruitment (NSW). As a key member of our Schools Support and Operations Team, you will play a critical role in driving ICT innovations that directly impact educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Analysis and Improvement: Document and analyse current processes and workflows within the school's administrative and educational functions, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  2. Solution Development and Implementation: Develop and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement these improvements.
  3. ICT Tool Implementation: Identify and implement ICT tools and systems that streamline processes and ensure these technologies are effectively integrated and utilised across the school.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform decision-making and track the progress of improvements, generating comprehensive reports for senior management.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with teachers, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  6. Change Management: Actively engage in change management processes, determining communication requirements and identifying stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on ICT, particularly in the rollout of Microsoft 365.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in process mapping and workflow tools, data analysis software, and ICT systems used in educational institutions.
  3. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
