Senior Mobile Banker Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Banker to join our team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our portfolio and exceeding acquisition targets by proactively managing prospective and existing customers through the appointment, application process, and up until settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leads through the appointment, application process, and up until settlement.
  • Present appropriate solutions to customer enquiries and achieve all customer outcomes with business objectives and customers' best interests top of mind.
  • Work closely with internal partners to support a great customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Technically sound knowledge in banking products, credit assessment, and lending principles.
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills.
