About the Role:

  • This position offers a chance to advance your career in property management by overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties.
  • As a Department Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of two full-time property managers and providing support where needed.
  • You will work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives and develop strategies to improve property management services.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Effective management of a portfolio consisting of 165-170 properties, with assistance from the office as required.
  • Leading a team of two full-time property managers and providing guidance and support when necessary.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance property management services and improve overall performance.
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive business success and achieve key objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Able to maintain a well-groomed and presented appearance in business attire.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A minimum of three years' experience as a property manager is required.
  • A minimum Cert IV in Real Estate Practices is necessary.
  • Able to pass a police check.
