Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our shared services group, you will work directly with business owners and management to drive day-to-day IT operations and support the delivery of our IT strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on IT professional to lead the development and implementation of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to staff, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and maintenance of all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Provide proactive IT support to staff, identifying and resolving issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with business owners and management to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain ERP systems, databases, and software applications used across production, sales, and administration.
  • Ensure cybersecurity policies, backups, and disaster recovery plans are in place and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IT systems and infrastructure that support business growth and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of hardware, software, and managed services.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity through technology.
  • Lead IT projects to support business improvements, system upgrades, and automation opportunities.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position.
  • Previous IT Management/Leadership experience and a desire to continue in this type of role.
  • Ability to demonstrate expertise in Cyber Security and other areas of IT.
