Administration Support Role

We're looking for a reliable, organised and proactive person to help us manage our busy Director's schedule and household tasks.

  • Supporting the Director with administration and overflow tasks
  • Problem-solving and trusted support
  • Keeping the home clean, tidy and organised
  • School pick-ups/drop-offs and helping with children aged 6 and 8
  • Running errands and general household coordination
  • Caring for pets

You'll be ideal for this role if:

  • You genuinely love children and animals
  • You're highly organised, proactive and trustworthy
  • You're detail-oriented and take pride in your work
  • You're a calm and positive presence in a busy environment

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience working as a PA or in an administrative role
  • Exceptional organisation, initiative and attention to detail
  • A valid Working with Children check
  • A current driver's license and own vehicle
