Centre Director Opportunity

An exciting role has arisen for a strong educational leader to join our team at our Balwyn North campus.

We are seeking a dynamic Centre Director to lead the operations of the campus with a focus on key areas: leadership, quality, growth, safety, and performance.

  • We will provide you with ongoing support, mentorship, and career development opportunities to ensure your success in this role.

About This Position

Our Balwyn North campus is a purpose-built Early Learning centre designed to create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for children, families, and Educators. The campus caters for 76 children across 5 rooms.

You will work closely with the Assistant Director and Educators to ensure that our centre continues to provide high-quality care and education for our children, while also driving growth and financial performance.
