Hotel Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive room operations forward and ensure seamless guest journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the front office department, guaranteeing top-notch service standards
• Swiftly address and resolve guest concerns, promptly notifying relevant teams for exceptional outcomes
• Assume responsibility for daily hotel operations across all departments in the absence of the Front Office Manager or General Manager
• Drive loyalty sign-ups aligned with Accor Hotels regional targets and associated initiatives
• Initiate positive and productive interactions with guests, upholding our high standards
• Provide guidance, support training, and lead the Front Office team
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, adhering to established protocols
• Collaborate with other departments during peak periods as needed
• Ensure the health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members
• Implement agreed-upon Revenue Management strategies and practices

Essential Qualifications:

• Showcase a bright and bubbly customer service style
• Possess necessary skills and training for effective complaint handling
• Demonstrate ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain high awareness of security
• Adopt an outcome-driven approach to performance and results
• Possess experience with PMS Systems, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
• Hold current RSA and Senior First Aid Certificates (ability to obtain)
• Excel in written and verbal communication
• Possess unlimited work rights in Australia
