Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive our financial operations and contribute to the future of First Nations media. As Finance Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee finance strategy across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing budgets and financial reports
  • Overseeing grants and funder reporting
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements (ACNC, ORIC, ASIC, ATO)
  • Supporting business planning and sustainability initiatives
  • Managing contracts, insurance, and policies
  • Providing financial insights to the Board

You will thrive in this role if you have strong finance experience, can work autonomously, and balance attention to detail with strategic thinking. Prior experience with grants or not-for-profits is an asset, but we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
