Key Responsibilities

As a Compliance Advisor at Shell Energy, you will be responsible for maintaining a compliance and risk management framework for the business as a whole and Shell Energy's retail business, in line with the Australian Standard. This includes providing well-informed, timely, and accurate regulatory advice relating to the obligations of energy retailing for gas and electricity in the NEM, WA, and related gas sectors.

Key Requirements

You will need to have a working knowledge and experience of the regulated Australian energy environment and relevant regulatory and compliance obligations, including jurisdictional energy regulations, the Australian Privacy Principles, and Australian Consumer Law. Additionally, you will be a strategic and analytical thinker with a high level of investigative and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an inquisitive attitude.
