We are seeking a talented professional to fill a key role in our organization.

About the Role

The Group Talent Management Lead will play a pivotal part in driving enterprise-wide talent management and development initiatives. This includes running the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring alignment with key people priorities, as well as delivering high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, a strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action, and excellent communication and storytelling skills across audiences.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in organisational psychology, talent management or organisational development, and a passion for continuous improvement and future-focused thinking.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring alignment with key people priorities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in talent strategy, assessment methodology, systems, and enablement.
  • Deliver high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences.
  • Ensure governance and compliance across global talent activities.
  • Build strong relationships across the People function and senior stakeholders.
  • Bring external insights to inform and evolve our talent practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful program delivery.
  • Use data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion a high-performing global Talent Community of Practice.
