Senior Clinical Physiotherapy Lead in Women's Health

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Physiotherapy Lead to join our team as the Head of Unit, Women's Health. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop obstetric and gynecological physiotherapy services for women.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a specialist clinician in the physiotherapy management of obstetric and gynecological patients within the Women's and Children's Health Network.
- Provide day-to-day leadership of the Women's Health Physiotherapy Unit.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement obstetric and gynecological physiotherapy services for women.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and optimal care for patients.
Requirements:
- Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification, which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- Experience working within an acute setting in the management of obstetric and gynaecological conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to lead a team and foster good working relationships both internally and externally.
- Experience in the coordination of workloads for a team and supervision and teaching of staff and students.
