About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team at Lancemore Macedon Ranges. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at every stage of their journey.

You will be an ambassador for the hotel, promoting our boutique brand and interacting with guests wherever possible. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Helping to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests
  • Answering and processing reservation enquiries, making recommendations and upselling rooms according to availability
  • Coordinating with other departments to provide excellent service
  • Maintaining sufficient knowledge of all room rates and available packages
  • FOLLOWING UP ON ALL GUEST REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS

 

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A desire to genuinely help people
  • Excellent telephone technique and ability to maintain friendly relations with internal and external customers
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Well-developed computer knowledge and strong administrative skills
  • A warm, personable yet professional disposition
  • Front Office/reservation experience preferred but not essential
  • SUCCESS IN A SIMILAR ROLE PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
