Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Rental Operations Specialist to join our team.

This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer service, vehicle inspections, and cleaning duties in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counter
  • Completing rental transactions, bookings, and contracts using computer systems
  • Promoting products and services to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness
  • Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles to high standards

Key Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's licence
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales is an advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment while delivering high-quality service
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
