Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and deliver end-to-end recruitment services to regular clients. You will provide exceptional recruitment expertise to various stakeholders and champion candidate management.

  • You will conduct candidate interviews, show innovation, and be confident in raising ideas related to new technology and processes.
  • You will work closely with the resourcing team and assist in other recruitment areas as needed.
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment role, either agency or internal, ideally within white collar professional recruitment.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment assignments.
  • Tech-savvy and highly computer-literate.
  • Prior experience in a consulting environment is highly advantageous.
  • The ability to apply a structured recruitment methodology to any position independent of industry classification.
  • Able to confidently engage, driven, and competitive with a high sense of urgency and speed of delivery.
  • Sound judgement, strong communication and influencing abilities, and strong problem-solving skills.
