About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and providing exceptional recruitment services to our clients in the South Australian hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and negotiation
- Source and attract top talent in the hospitality industry
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
