At HMC, we are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for executing a wide variety of recruitment responsibilities, including working with clients, writing advertisements, assessing candidates, sourcing and head-hunting candidates, interviewing, reference checking and administration duties.

This role requires someone with high energy and passion with a candidate-first focus, strong consulting skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the highest level of professionalism and customer service whilst operating within key project milestones.

The ideal candidate will have a desire and passion to work in the recruitment industry, previous experience working with KPIs or in Sales environments, a positive attitude and natural curiosity to ask the right questions, ability to use initiative and work independently whilst being agile, high sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality.

Additionally, you will be able to professionally present, have impeccable customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrated experience supporting a variety of stakeholders or customers, strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and time frames.

Previous experience with CRM or Databases is a bonus. If you are high energy, have strong initiative, and the ability to learn and embrace new technologies, we encourage you to apply.
