Duty-Rostered Diesel Plant Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanic to join our workshop team based in Geraldton. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out regular maintenance schedules and repairs on Caterpillar products, working closely with the Workshop Supervisor.
">- Repairs and servicing of heavy diesel plant equipment
- Managing work orders to extend the life cycle of machines
- Implementing product improvement plans and support programs
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for quality of work and continuous improvement principles, as well as the ability to work well within a team environment. Previous mechanical experience working on Caterpillar products is desirable but not essential.
">Requirements:">- Australian recognised Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong passion for quality of work and continuous improvement principles
- Previous mechanical experience working on Caterpillar products is desirable but not essential
