Job Description

Clinical Nurse Educators play a pivotal role in shaping patient care through education and empowerment. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for identifying development needs within the nursing/midwifery team and designing tailored education plans to ensure high competency and compliance across the ward.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver impactful training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with nursing and midwifery unit managers to integrate education into daily practice.
  • Lead clinical excellence by empowering nursing and midwifery professionals with evidence-based best-practice learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife.
  • Relevant post-registration education qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify learning needs and plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate education.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
