We are seeking a skilled individual to assist in delivering physiotherapy programs tailored to residents' needs. This part-time role involves working 8 hours per week, with responsibilities including implementing physiotherapy programs, assisting and motivating residents, and preparing treatment areas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement physiotherapy programs in group settings or one-on-one as directed by a physiotherapist.
  • Assist and motivate residents to maintain independence.
  • Prepare treatment areas, set up equipment, and complete documentation daily.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and review resident care plans.
  • Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (specialising in Physiotherapy) or equivalent qualification.
  • Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or relevant qualification.
  • Previous experience in designing and developing physiotherapy programs is desirable.
  • Knowledge of transfers, mobility, pain management, equipment use, and biomechanics is essential.
  • Ability to prioritise work and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills is required.
