A casual support worker is needed to provide assistance and support to individuals in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily tasks
  • Support the development of independent living and life skills
  • Accompany participants on community outings and assist with household tasks such as shopping, cooking, and cleaning
  • Implement support plans, including those for challenging behaviors
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or currently studying)
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • At least 6 months of experience in mental health, autism, or disability support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
