Job Title: Health Care Assistant

  • Job Description:

  • The role of a Health Care Assistant involves working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • • Provide support to patients with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance.

    • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

    • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of care.

  • Requirements:

  • • Current Certificate III in Health Service Assistance (Acute Care) or equivalent qualification.

    • Ability to work within a plan of care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Capacity to identify and resolve conflicts by managing emotional responses and interacting with others professionally.
