Associate Director, Program Assurance & Governance

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our governance forums. As the Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving these critical forums.

Your responsibilities will include leading the design and execution of governance forums, acting as a senior secretariat, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping, supporting non-financial risk reporting and uplift, engaging and influencing collaborators to align with regulatory requirements, and ensuring governance activities meet the enforceable undertaking requirements.

You have proven experience in senior risk, governance, or compliance roles within regulated industries like telecommunications, banking, insurance, or financial services. Your capability in establishing and leading audit-worthy governance forums is outstanding, especially those aligned with regulatory response programs. With a track record of working with senior executives and risk leaders, you deliver structured governance outcomes. Your deep understanding of non-financial risk fields, including complaints, sales conduct, and customer vulnerability, sets you apart. You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a strong focus on clarity, and meticulous attention to detail. Your dedication to record-keeping excellence is unparalleled.
