Our specialist neuropsychiatry unit is seeking a part-time social worker to join our multidisciplinary team.

  • You will work collaboratively with consumers, families and carers to provide expert social work services.
  • Your role will involve contributing to the development of care plans and providing clinical interventions to support consumer recovery.
  • You will also liaise with community service providers to coordinate care and facilitate consumer engagement with community services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with consumers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in social work assessment, care planning and provision of clinical interventions.
  • Knowledge and experience in consumer-centred care, supported decision making and the recovery model.
  • Sound knowledge of the clinical mental health/NDIS interface and experience working with NDIS providers.
