Flight Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Flight Kitchen Supervisor to manage the preparation of hot and cold meals for business and economy class passengers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for plating meals and setting up meal trays to meet customer expectations while maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing hot and cold meals in accordance with menu specifications.
  • Maintaining accurate records of food safety, WHS, and QSAI policies.
  • Leading a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
