We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our multidisciplinary recovery team based in Ringwood East. As a Recovery Support Specialist, you will work closely with participants, their families, clinicians, and the community to promote understanding, support, and empowerment.

The ideal candidate will have a lived experience of mental health challenges, enabling them to draw on their personal experiences to connect with participants and facilitate meaningful interactions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized recovery plans, providing emotional support, and advocating for participants' needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of mental health principles and practices. A certificate IV or higher in Mental Health, AOD, Community Services, or a related field is highly desirable, along with relevant work experience in the sector.

We offer a competitive salary package, including $37.35 - $40.05 per hour, plus superannuation and salary packaging benefits.
