ERP System Developer

The Pronto Specialist will be responsible for resolving technical issues, investigating problems, and implementing solutions to ensure workflow continuity. They will provide recommendations on system modifications and faults to align with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop documentation and user manuals to enhance understanding of system functionality.
- Hold comprehensive knowledge of Pronto processes and platform capabilities, identifying potential issues and remedies.
- Maintain high-level accuracy and attention to detail while being customer-focused.
- Possess a focused, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal users to troubleshoot problems and rectify faults.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Pronto ERP back-end systems in a multi-faceted organization.
- Detailed understanding of Pronto modules including GL, Debtors, Creditors, Project Service, and Payroll.
- Background in business systems implementation, training, and reporting with data extraction expertise.
- ITIL Foundation certification highly regarded.
