ERP Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ERP consultant to join our implementation team in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

This role involves analysing business processes and providing solutions using Pronto Xi and ABT product suites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing these systems according to our methodology, as well as performing system configuration, installation, data migration, upgrades and quality assurance (testing).

Additionally, the individual will provide user training and support of Pronto Xi, and assist the Project Manager with project status control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse business processes and develop effective solutions
  • Implement Pronto Xi and ABT product suites according to our implementation methodology
  • Perform system configuration, installation, data migration, upgrades and quality assurance (testing)
  • Provide user training and support of Pronto Xi
  • Assist the Project Manager with project status control
Requirements:
  • Proven practical knowledge and relevant experience with ERP systems
  • Pronto Xi Software experience at a consultant level is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in client service and communication
  • Articulate phone manner
  • Ability to take ownership, accountability and initiative
  • Work autonomously, self-manage and have ability to work co-operatively as part of a team
