Job Description
We're seeking a talented Sales and Lending Professional to join our Associate team. As an Associate, you'll play a vital role in setting appointments and driving qualified opportunities into the diaries of our Aussie and Lendi brokers across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect customers over the phone to discuss their lending needs
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers
- Identify opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases
- Leverage your sales and relationship-building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment
Qualifications
We're looking for final-year university students, new graduates, or candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service who are interested in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.
