Job Overview

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team, focusing on developing sales skills and building towards a successful future as a mortgage broker or finance professional. As an Associate, you'll play a vital role in our sales organization, handling inbound customer enquiries and making outbound contact with leads to drive qualified opportunities into our brokers' diaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect customers over the phone to discuss their lending needs
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers
  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases
  • Leverage sales and relationship-building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment

Qualifications

We're looking for final year university students, new graduates, candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and those interested in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry. Full-time office attendance is required during the first three months to immerse you in the business, with hybrid working options available for high performers.
