Lead Formation Strategist

A senior role for a mission-driven leader to collaborate with the Mercy Partners Formation Committee and stakeholders in delivering high-quality formation services across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.

The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and delivery of formation content that upholds the Catholic Identity of Mercy Partners and its Board Ministries.

This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with Ministry Boards and staff to provide quality communications and resources.

  • Develop strategic plans for formation services in partnership with the Mercy Partners Formation Committee and a panel of expert consultants.
  • Design and implement formation programs centered on Catholic Identity principles.
  • Partner with Ministry Boards in their formation planning and support the continued growth of Ministry Mission Leads.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Development: Develop comprehensive strategies for formation services aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Program Delivery: Deliver high-quality formation programs that meet the needs of Ministry Boards and staff.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaborative relationships with the Mercy Partners Formation Committee, Ministry Boards, and staff to ensure effective communication and resource sharing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leading formation services or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of Catholic Identity principles and their application in formation programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
