As a Strategic Psychological Injury Specialist with Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd in Melbourne, VIC, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the injury management program to deliver improved social, health, and commercial outcomes for all key stakeholders.
We're looking for a seasoned professional who can establish and maintain strong working relationships with key external and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our business to support consistent delivery of customer experience and sustainable outcomes.
Your expertise will be invaluable in proactively seeking opportunities to maximise worker outcomes through analysis of monthly results and application of strategic injury management interventions focused on improving RTW outcomes. Additionally, you will coach claims teams and take on a lead role as an SME on mental injury management.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Provisionally or Fully Registered Psychologist (desirable) OR a degree in Allied Health with 4+ years in Worker's compensation or Occupational Rehabilitation. Demonstrated ability in coaching and mentoring is also essential, as well as experience in delivering training and/or presentations (desirable). The ideal candidate will have an ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
