About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Concessions Operations Coordinator to join our Retail Operations team at Sheridan. As a key point of contact between Sheridan and our concession stores, you will play a crucial role in nurturing our business partnerships and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact between Sheridan and our concession stores, ensuring efficient communication and effective roll-out of in-store promotions.
  • Work closely with our National Concessions Manager to review processes and identify local opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Myer and David Jones staff, using your persuasion and influencing skills to achieve the best outcomes for Sheridan concessions.
  • Assist with set-up for key seasonal and promotional launches, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Analyse sales results, identifying best-performing stores and reporting back on the reasons behind their success.
