About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concessions Operations Coordinator to join our Retail Operations team at Hanes Australasia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing our business partnerships with department stores, supporting operational excellence for our store teams, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue within the concession channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the National Concessions Manager in ensuring that our concession stores are supported and achieving sales results
  • Work closely with our Area Managers to review processes and identify local opportunities
  • Ensure efficient communication across internal and external departments of Myer and David Jones
  • Assist with set-up for key seasonal and promotional launches
  • Build and maintain relationships with Myer and David Jones staff
  • Use your initiative and demonstrate creativity in problem solving any visual merchandising issues within various product categories
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role or as an Area, Cluster or Retail Flagship Manager within a fashion or lifestyle retailer
  • Exposure to a concession store environment would be advantageous
  • Background in specialty fashion or home and lifestyle desirable
  • Proven capability to build cross functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with multi-brands or concessions
  • High levels of resilience with excellent problem solving skills and initiative
  • Experience in Project Coordination with outstanding organisational ability
  • An Engaging personality with exceptional presentation skills
  • Competent with Microsoft office suite
