Programmatic Associate

We are a network designed for what's next, helping clients predict and plan for disruptive future opportunities in the sustainable economy.

Our programmatic team is a centre of excellence, devising, executing, and optimizing digital display and video campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients.

This role is entry-level, supporting a portfolio of clients by assisting with campaign execution and optimization to exceed client targets.

You will help drive performance across display, video, and other programmatic channels, including:

  • Salesforce: Supporting the delivery and execution of campaigns aligned with media plans
  • Data analysis: Researching and defining campaign and audience criteria
  • Monitoring and reporting: On campaign performance across platforms like DV360 and CM360
  • Collaboration: Optimizing campaigns and preparing reports for internal and external meetings

The ideal candidate has interest and eagerness to learn about digital and performance media, strong business acumen with data skills, and basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
