Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality rehabilitation services and support clients across various sectors in their return to work.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Sydney as a key member of our rehabilitation services, working closely with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement successful return-to-work plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert occupational rehabilitation services, including assessments and case management to clients
  • Develop and implement tailored return-to-work plans, collaborating with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key partners

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Demonstrated experience in occupational rehabilitation and injury management
  • Strong case management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
