A key role exists in our organization for an expert agronomist with extensive knowledge of plant and soil nutrition for horticulture crops.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to develop and implement effective business plans that drive growth and revenue.
  • This person will provide expert advice and solutions to customers, utilizing their deep understanding of perennial and annual crop production.
  • The successful candidate will build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, leveraging excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Collaboration is essential as we work together to achieve shared objectives and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

About You

  • You must be a motivated, results-driven individual with a keen interest in agricultural production and technology.
  • A Bachelor of Ag Science or equivalent degree is required, along with minimum 4 years' experience as an agronomist.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, with intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience with similar platforms, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement business strategies to enhance revenue and growth.
  2. Provide expert guidance to customers on plant and soil nutrition for horticulture crops.
  3. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices through collaboration with the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Ag Science or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as an agronomist.
