About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with demonstrated ability to develop business plans and build strong relationships with customers.

As a Crop Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing advanced advice and solutions to horticulture customers.

  • Provide expert advice on crop development and solutions to horticulture customers
  • Develop and execute business and customer management plans in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Identify new client growth opportunities
  • Contribute to a collaborative team to meet and exceed shared objectives
  • Develop and maintain an industry network and stay up-to-date with current trends

About You:

You will be motivated, results-driven, willing to learn, and passionate about agricultural production and technology. A minimum 4 years' experience as an agronomist with a Bachelor of Science or equivalent is required.

Ideally, you will have expertise in and enthusiasm for plant and soil nutrition for perennial and annual horticulture crops.
