Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective IT support to our customers.

You will troubleshoot issues and fulfill requests raised through our service desk, working with or escalating matters to specialist staff/vendors to ensure quick resolutions are achieved and service levels are met.

The position is a full-time 12-month contract, based on a 38-hour working week. The successful applicant will also be required to provide after-hours' support to staff on a rostered basis.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible to apply for this role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of existing and emergent technologies
  • Sound knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks such as ITIL
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or similar (desirable)
