Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead and manage multiple teams, drive operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects to improve internal operations, developing project plans, and allocating resources effectively.

The Senior Operations Manager will also oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Workday AMS systems, ensuring they support the needs of various departments. Additionally, they will collaborate with IT to address technical issues or enhancements.

This is a key role within our organization, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple teams to achieve business objectives
  • Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Oversight of Workday AMS system configuration, deployment, and maintenance
  • Collaboration with IT to address technical issues or enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and business analysis
  • Experience with Workday AMS or similar systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
