Pricing Administrator Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Administrator to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative support and commercial pricing administration across the Education sector and broader organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales organisation to support the Pricing process for Back to School activities.
  • Provide assistance with pricing enquiries related to Back to School Order guides, Catalogues & Promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all elements of Back to School pricing and fees in company systems, including SAP.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for fellow pricing team members.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' administration experience in a professional/commercial business environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong focus on data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience working with medium to large datasets and complex Excel formulas.
  • Desirable skills include SAP and SQL expertise, as well as excellent time management and organisational abilities.
