Director of Digital Experience

This role oversees the digital strategy to deliver best-in-class customer experiences across online channels, CRM, and paid media. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment and integration.
The key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive digital roadmap
- Fostering close collaboration with internal teams to ensure organisational alignment
- Analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement in engagement, conversion, and customer experience
- Promoting future investment initiatives and prioritising key projects
About You:
- A strong background in digital marketing or product development is essential
- Demonstrable experience in driving online improvements through redesign or re-platforming with a focus on user experience
- Proficiency in marketing automation and lifecycle marketing, with Salesforce experience being highly regarded
- A solid understanding of digital media channels and their optimisation for awareness, consideration, and revenue
- Leadership and mentoring skills, as well as good influencing and stakeholder management abilities
