Key Financial Strategy Role

This position involves creating a comprehensive financial plan to drive business growth and success.

  • Develop and lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the APAC region, incorporating automation, best practices, and robust scenario planning.
  • Provide regular management insights and presentations to the APAC Leadership Team.
  • Analyse complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights that inform executive decisions.
  • Deliver quarterly macroeconomic overviews and strategic recommendations for the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with senior executives across the region to align financial plans with business objectives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10 years' experience in finance, including significant expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis within a large, complex, or multinational organisation.
  • Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting at regional or business unit level.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience linking financial outcomes to business drivers.
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and storytelling with data.
  • Exceptional communication skills – able to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; exposure to ERP and BI tools is highly regarded.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA).
