Job Description:

The Assistant Director role is responsible for undertaking research and analysis to inform policy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake research and analysis to inform policy initiatives.
  • Provide support and advice on operational and administrative matters including policy development with stakeholders.
  • Prepare discussion papers, briefs, and submissions to contribute to the development and delivery of policy and legal initiatives.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committee meetings, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Assist with tasks related to legislation compliance, awareness, and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing complex policy issues and advising on policy implementation.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
