Job Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional payment services and administrative support in our South Australian operations.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a customer-focused payments service, supporting claims teams with general administrative tasks, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

 

To excel in this role, you will require strong administration skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and exceptional time management and organization skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional and customer-focused payments service for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support claims teams through general administrative tasks
  • Liaise with stakeholders for accurate keying and processing of payments
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and adherence to business unit KPIs
  • Maintain filing and data integrity standards within internal systems
  • Provide a tailored customer-centric service with empathy and respect

 

Requirements:

Recent work experience in a customer service role, strong administration skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and exceptional time management and organization skills.
