**Overview**

In the role of a Payments Officer, you will be responsible for providing payments and administrative support functions to the South Australian - Workers Compensation Operations, for the South Australian Community on behalf of Return to Work SA.
**How you'll make an impact**
**On a day to day basis you will**:
- Provide a professional and customer focused payments service for all internal and external stakeholders regarding payment and general enquiries;
- Support the claims teams through performing general administrative tasks as required;
- Liaise with stakeholders for the accurate keying and processing of payments;
- Ensure that all payments are processed promptly & accurately, and that all appropriate procedures have been complied with to meet business unit KPIs such as service level agreements and service standards;
- Maintain filing and data integrity standards within internal systems;
- Ensure a tailored customer centric service with empathy, respect and a focus on continued improvement
**About you**

- Recent work experience within a customer service-based role
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a team player attitude
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- Experience working within a dynamic fast paced environment
