Job Overview

This is a senior leadership position where you will shape the credit risk strategy and manage a high-performing team, ensuring portfolio performance aligns with business goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective credit risk policies, closely monitoring portfolio performance to strike a balance between risk and return.
  • Lead a small team, guiding them towards growth while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Oversee lending policies to maintain a strong and aligned portfolio, keeping abreast of changes in market conditions.
  • Analyze data and insights to understand default risk, portfolio composition, and stress testing, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to provide timely feedback and advice on risk management initiatives.
About You

You are someone who can balance detail-oriented work with strategic thinking. You have experience in credit risk management and know what it takes to drive portfolio performance, develop policy, and deliver meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.

A strong background in credit risk in lending or financial services, combined with expertise in portfolio monitoring, credit models, and risk policy, is essential. Additionally, you should be confident working with data and translating analysis into practical recommendations, possess excellent communication skills, and have a natural leadership style.
