Security Analyst

">Job Description:

As a security analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' digital assets. Your role will involve conducting due diligence on customers applying for SSL and Code Signing digital certificates to secure websites and applications.

You will review applications, decide if applicants are eligible to receive certificates, and evaluate information on organizations. This includes determining if customer companies are legitimate legal entities and have the right to use internet domain names. You will also verify customer contacts' employment status and rights to request/administer digital certificates.

Mitigating risk while evaluating enrollments using local knowledge of supported countries is also a key aspect of this role. You will flag suspicious applications with management and assist in making informed decisions about certificate issuance.

Customer Service Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with queries regarding applications via chat, email, and phone.
  • Work with customers to ensure their applications meet security requirements and find solutions when problems arise.
  • Seek assistance from management and senior team members to resolve policy, process, and system issues.
  • Build relationships with customers to ensure loyalty.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in projects and system implementations.
  • Continually improve operational effectiveness by researching databases to verify information.
  • Be the voice of the customer and raise issues impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with mentoring new team members.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English and Korean.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in native language and any listed language (including English).
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree desirable but not required.
  • Experience in policy/compliance roles advantageous (banking, finance, fraud etc.).
