About The Role
- Title: Administration Assistant
- Location: Our Mile End Hub (on-site)
- Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing (Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5pm)
- Estimated Salary: $70,000 – $82,000 per year (based on 38 hours/week)
Your Responsibilities
- Manage therapy sessions in Skedulo, ensuring alignment with participant Therapy Plans or Habit Coach Action Plans.
- Schedule and reschedule sessions as needed to accommodate practitioner and participant availability.
- Onboard new participants, explaining our social model of service delivery and setting expectations for collaboration.
- Complete over-the-phone risk assessments, accurately recording identified risks to ensure therapist and participant safety.
- Maintain accurate Service Agreements for participants.
- Attend weekly team meetings, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.
- Collaborate with the administration team to complete tasks efficiently.
- Provide professional customer service via phone, in-person, and email, prioritising participant experience.
