About The Role

  • Title: Administration Assistant
  • Location: Our Mile End Hub (on-site)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing (Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5pm)
  • Estimated Salary: $70,000 – $82,000 per year (based on 38 hours/week)

Your Responsibilities

  1. Manage therapy sessions in Skedulo, ensuring alignment with participant Therapy Plans or Habit Coach Action Plans.
  2. Schedule and reschedule sessions as needed to accommodate practitioner and participant availability.
  3. Onboard new participants, explaining our social model of service delivery and setting expectations for collaboration.
  4. Complete over-the-phone risk assessments, accurately recording identified risks to ensure therapist and participant safety.
  5. Maintain accurate Service Agreements for participants.
  6. Attend weekly team meetings, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.
  7. Collaborate with the administration team to complete tasks efficiently.
  8. Provide professional customer service via phone, in-person, and email, prioritising participant experience.
