Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital content strategies across multiple channels, including social media platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing social media activities, including creating and sourcing content, monitoring and optimizing performance, and reporting on results.
  • Supporting the temporary senior advisor in developing and implementing social media activities.
  • Working independently and with the marketing team to plan, produce, and edit social media content, develop creative briefs, and liaise with agencies to produce high-quality content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in photography and videography. A degree in marketing communications or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Participation in an on-call roster.
  • Experience in photography/videography and/or a degree in marketing communications.

In addition, you will need to be able to:

  • Develop and sustain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, escalate to the senior advisor and principal advisor, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Provide advice and support to the senior advisor to maximize campaign benefits.
